Online Registration

The Youth Ministry Office is pleased to offer online registration for all Diocesan Youth Events!  Online registration allows you to create a free online account through which you (and your parent/guardian) can register for youth events, update registrations, pay balances by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover), and more!

This saves time, paper, and postage for you and your family!  You can also rest assured that, as always, information we collect is not shared with anyone outside of the Diocesan Office.  In addition, all financial transactions are secured with SSL 128 bit encryption - keeping your financial information private and secure.

If you choose to register online, you must pay for the event in full at the time of registration.  You will receive both a financial statement and confirmation letter via email.  Registrations that are a part of the Diocesan Scholarship Program may be done online, but you must contact the Youth Ministry Office first and obtain the scholarship discount code in order to receive your scholarship discount.

Most Diocesan Youth Events require youth to submit a completed Medical Release Form for that event.  This paper form must be filled out by a parent/guardian and turned in by the beginning of the event.  This assures that we have the most up to date information available when caring for your child.  When you register online, the email confirmation you receive will include a link for you to print this form.

Although paper registration is still available, online registration is a convenience to you and a good practice of stewardship in saving paper and postage.  We encourage you to participate and contact us if you have any questions at all!
